Timber flooring and wood, in general, comes in many grades which can give your project a completely different look. We offer only the highest grades as options for their durability and quality. Grades specifically refer to the appearance of the wood in question and the grades are decided by the number of imperfections such as knots, cracks, discolourations, medullary rays and sapwood – among others.

Grades allow for more uniform or rustic details, as required. Natural characteristics being left in the wood is a popular choice for homes, as it gives the flooring a one-of-a-kind feel with the grainy swirls and patterns naturally present in the wood. The most luxury prime grade of wood is known for its minimalistic appearance, with very few imperfections and grain variations. There are high-grade character-filled woods, known for their frequent knots, cracks filled with epoxy and more variation.
