Welcome to Bespoke Timber Coatings. By accessing or using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Services

We specialise in the supply of prefinished and unfinished engineered timber flooring, stair components, accessories, and timber coating services.

All products are custom-manufactured and made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
Colour, grain, and finish variation are inherent to natural timber and not considered defects.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed online, via email, or through consultation.
Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.
Bespoke Timber Coatings reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in NZD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotations remain valid for 14 days.

5. Delivery & Lead Times

Typical lead time is 4 weeks. Express options may be available upon request.
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Approved refunds or replacements will be at the discretion of Bespoke Timber Coatings.

7. Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following all provided installation and maintenance instructions.
Use of inappropriate cleaning products or incorrect installation methods may void any warranty or claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and product designs remain the intellectual property of Bespoke Timber Coatings and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bespoke Timber Coatings shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during enquiries, orders, or newsletter subscriptions will be handled in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020.
